    • Responsibilities:
    • Supporting the procurement manager in administration support
    • Liaise with suppliers & operations team to ensure smooth execution
    • Stock allocation to stores, inventory control, and monthly reports
    • Assisting the procurement manager in maintaining procurement documents in a systematic and auditable fashion.
    • Uses simple mathematical skills and applies logic to determine new cost of on-hand inventory.
    • Processes and applies cost and quantity adjustments requested by Procurement Manager
    • Daily Input of data into system
    • Back-end support to sales and operations (e.g. and downloading of operation photos)
    • Able to Handle complaints by customers and do service reporting
    • Any other ad-hoc duties

    Requirements:

    • Min O level or Diploma in any fields
    • Candidate without relevant experience are welcome as training will be provided
    • Possesses good verbal and written communication in English
    • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Possess strong attention to detail skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Preferably some knowledge in purchasing practices
    • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
    • Exhibits a strong customer service orientation with a strong sense of urgency to internal customer needs

    Job Responsibilities

    Provide support to the Sales Team and undertake the following primary tasks and duties with due diligence:-

    Jobscope

    • Surveying properties to identify local damage and make recommendations for repairs in a written report
    • Inspecting buildings for reinstatement purposes and advising on relevant legal/PUB requirements
    • Checking properties meet building/PUB regulations, accessibility, and fire and health and safety standards
    • Ensuring inspection are completed to schedule in timely manner.
    • Managing the number of site to inspect and report to Sales Support Manager
    • Assist to meet requirement from technical specifications in accordance to building/PUB regulation
    • Assist to advising clients on necessary rectification or defect work needed.
    • Working in an office, on-site, or at a client’s property.
    • Reports to Sales Support Manager

    Requirements

    • Process class 3 License / Class 2a, 2b, 2 licenses
    • Provide own transport (reimburse by company transport allowance) in any.
    • Can speak English
    • At least "N" or "O" level cert.
    • Well verse in using apps / smart phone

    Job Responsibilities

    Provide sales support to the Sales Team and undertake the following primary tasks and duties with due diligence:-

    Jobscope

    • Prepare quotations, service memo and invoices to customers
    • Maintain and file documents records
    • Handle general call enquiries
    • Maintain customer database record
    • Covering of colleagues duties as and when necessary (inter-department)
    • Performs purchasing roles
    • Assist in sourcing of product
    • Monitor customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction
    • Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment;
    • Prepare and update project progress
    • Prepare and report on progress, during weekly meeting
    • Prepare Risk Assessment, Permit to work forms and scheduling for project
    • Any other ad-hoc administrative works as assigned by the respective head.

    Requirements

    • Diploma cert.
    • Well verse in Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Words
    • Have knowledge in working with EQO system such as SAP, Ezy... etc
    • Can speak and write English
    • Willing to learn and work in fast paced environment.
